Recipes are what it’s all about!
Whether you’re giving a big dinner party or want to prepare a nice dinner for your own family, you always need a plan, and recipes are a great place to start. I always recommend using the freshest ingredients, and I think you’ll find that my combinations of seasonings make ordinary dishes into fantastic creations. I also give tips for making advanced preparations so your job of getting food to the table is a little easier.
Here are a variety of recipes that I use in both Camp Napa Culinary and Camp San Miguel, recipes from the other classes I teach in various locations around the country, and recipes from some of my cookbooks.
